Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Santa's Star is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
