Santa's Star Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Santa's Star arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with processing a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Santa's Star is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
