About Santa's Star

The Story Behind Santa's Star

Santa's Star began with a simple dream: to create a Christmas tradition that would bring families closer together and remind us of what truly matters.

When I was a child, my mother became seriously ill. For two years, our family faced challenges that no child should have to face, and when I was eleven years old, I lost her. The holidays were never quite the same.

As I grew older and started my own family, I found myself thinking about the traditions that bring comfort, connection, and joy during life's most important moments. I wanted to create something that would help families slow down, gather together, and make memories that would last long after the decorations were packed away.

That dream became Santa's Star.

Inspired by the wonder of Christmas and the belief that the smallest traditions often become the most treasured, Santa's Star was created as a way for families to share a special moment each evening during the holiday season. By reading the story together and lighting the star in the window, children become part of a magical tradition—helping guide Santa safely to their home on Christmas Eve.

But Santa's Star is about more than Christmas magic.

It's about the bedtime stories that turn into lifelong memories. It's about the laughter shared between parents and children. It's about grandparents, cousins, siblings, and loved ones gathering together and creating traditions that will be passed down for generations.

Most of all, it's about love.

Because years from now, children may not remember every gift they received, but they will remember how Christmas felt. They will remember the warmth of home, the excitement of the season, and the special moments spent with the people they loved most.

My hope is that Santa's Star becomes part of your family's story, just as it has become part of mine.

From our family to yours, thank you for allowing Santa's Star to be a small part of your Christmas memories.

With love,

Stephanie Johnson
